I've been working as a Virtual Assistant for three years now. I have a two years customer service experience for Live Chat and Email support using Oracle Rightnow. I'm a data entry and web research 'superhero' like Batman that does not have an actual 'power' but relies on and use his ability to solve any puzzles to seek justice for those in trouble :)
