I have over 20 years of customer service and data entry experience, also administrative assistant experience for over 10 years from positions as an employee to management and even business owner. 15 years experience of working from home. I am 100% fluent in English and grammar as I am a US citizen.
I am well organized, hard-working, and goal orientated. I effectively communicate with customers providing solutions to their issues while abiding by the clients' rules and regulations. Able to complete tasks on time and with very little to no supervision at all. Positive attitude always.
