I've always been a people person, so it's no surprise that I love helping others. That's why I became a virtual assistant. I am an enthusiastic and knowledgeable customer service Representative with proven track record of exceeding client expectations. I have a 2+ years of experience in providing administrative, technical, and creative support to clients in a variety of industries. I have proven ability to work independently and as part of a team, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Looking to implement exceptional communication, sales, technical support. I get to use my organizational skills, attention to detail, and communication skills to help businesses and individuals achieve their goals.
I've been working as a virtual assistant for the past two years, and I've had the opportunity to work with my clients. I've helped with everything administrative from customer care, Chat support to scheduling appointments. I am skilled in administrative tasks, proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook), excellent in writing and communicating orally, but most importantly I am reliable and trustworthy. For my previous clients I have been able to provide accurate and appropriate information in response to their customers inquiries and address the Inquiries within the appropriate time. I have also managed to build customer loyalty by placing follow-up calls and messages. I hope this bio gives you a better idea of who I am and what I can offer as a virtual assistant.

Work Terms

Working terms
1. Working Hours:
I am available to work from 9 AM to 3 Pm EAT Time and 7PM to 11 PM from Monday to Friday. I am also available to work between 3 PM to 11 PM EAT Time on Saturday and Sunday.
2. Payment terms
Payment terms will be made Weekly or monthly depending on the clients preference via PayPal or bank transfer. The payment schedule will be initiated on the 1st day of the week after work is done if the payment is weekly. For the Monthly payment the payment schedule will be initiated on the 5th day of the month.
I will Issue and invoice and the client can proceed to process it within 5 days. Any taxes and fees applicable to the payment will be incurred on my part.
3. Preferred communication style:
For day-to-day communication will primarily be Emailing but for the urgent issues a Microsoft Teams call can be used. Emergency or urgent matters can be communicated through Phone calls. Clear and professional communication should be maintained at all times. Respectful and courteous language will be used in all interactions.
4. Availability and Absence.
I will provide advance notice of any planned absence or unavailability as agreed upon the working hours. In case of an Emergency I will notify the client immediately.
5. Confidentiality.
I will maintain confidentiality of any sensitive information shared during the course of work. This may include but not limited to business plans, customer data, financial information and trade secrets.
