Working in a BPO industry for 4 years molded me to become a good customer service agent. I was able to develop a lot of skills during my BPO days. I developed time management, turning negative situation in a positive one, customer handling, marketing strategy, and a lot more. I am detail oriented person and can work less supervision. I always keep my self on learning new things everyday. I am a fast learner and very flexible. I can finish tasks before deadlines.
