With over 10 years of experience in the Customer Service industry, I have worked with several companies on many different projects. For instance, I worked with Horizon Contact Center- A BPO for 2 years where I helped in answering questions from customers on product knowledge, responding to emails and complaints promptly and telephone sales. This had me equipped with just the right experience and perspective. I am currently working at Samasource, an artificial intelligence-AI BPO as a team lead. My current role requires me to: Evaluate employee skills and knowledge regularly, providing hands-on training and mentoring to individuals with lagging skills. Prepare detailed daily reports on updates to project specifications, progress, identify conflicts, and team activities.
Develop monthly and daily production output plans to deliver on customer service and financial metrics.
Work with team members to improve performance and implement training updates. To name but a few. My hobbies include: Listening to music, watching television series/movies, sports and spending time outdoors with my family.
Work Terms
I'm very flexible when it comes to working hours. I can negotiate to come up with hours that will ensure that I give my best in terms of efficiency and at the same time ensure that my client's job is not compromised. I prefer to be contacted via email, Slack or Skype. Payment every week or 2 weeks would be great for me.
