I've been working as an Attorney at Law for over 8 years, primarily practicing on M&A, IPO, cross-border investment, private fund investment, start-up financing and business contract drafting and review.

I obtained my bachelor's degree at law from Peking University in 2014 and my master's degree from University of Pennsylvania in 2015. After that I started my career by serving as a U.S. legal advisor in Clifford Chance at Hong Kong until end of 2016, and then served as a Chinese lawyer in a domestic law firm in China until end of 2019. My role included prospectus drafting in both English and Chinese, due diligence, drafting and reviewing transaction documents, attending business negotiations and also handling which allowed me to accumulate experience with perennial legal services.

I have continued my career in South Korea since 2020 and worked on Chinese related projects in Korea, such as reviewing investment agreements and providing legal translations. The ability to work in Chinese, English and Korean allows me to have broader horizons and deeper understandings of international business and also improve my skills to work with clients from different cultures.
