Pleased to meet you! I'm Cathrina Ocampo.

I have eight (8) years of solid experience in the customer service field. I started my career back in 2014 at ePerformax that mostly caters to US customers as a Customer Service professional.

Although the business was focused on USA members, we also cater to concerns from across the globe.

After about 4 years of taking phone calls, I transferred to another company Taskus and worked for Wish.

My skills include responding to emails regarding an ongoing purchase or inquiries about Buyer Protection.

After a few months, they started using chatbots so I had to leave and start working for Deliveroo.

My task with Deliveroo is to transcribe restaurant menus from pdf, img, online website to the Deliveroo application.

I am very responsive, great with time management, thorough in communication and will always ask a question as opposed to making an assumption. I love helping other people succeed in life and business so I'm really looking forward to being part of your company.
