It seems like everyone you see on guru has 4 stars. But Cliff truly did do the work as requested, for the amount he proposed and within 24 hours of being awarded the project. Not only that, he spent a good deal of his own time researching the project before he was hired (in order to find the best solution to my problem). He's not the cheapest quote you'll get, but he will do the job in a thorough and professional manner. As a bonus, he knows how to construct a sentence.
