Crystal is a fabulous find on Guru! I had two other people on the site start the project and then not respond, so I was tentative about using another member. However I decided to give Crystal a try and was thrilled with her results. She clarified anything she had a question on, initially and along the way, to ensure delivering an accurate final product. I was very pleased with the results that she provided me with. Crystal has excellent communication skills, follows directions well yet is also able to take initiative, and has an excellent grasp of excel. I was very pleased with my experience and would encourage other Guru users to consider Crystal for your projects. I will be using her again!

Crystal is professional and reliable. She responds to emails on time and you always feel she is there to help. I am most impressed with her writing skills--clear, concise and easy to read. She can write in multiple styles. This frees up my time to focus on my clients. I wish I could hire her for more hours per week.
