I was born in Uruguay, South America, but when I was 11 years old, my family and I moved to Barcelona. I lived there for many years, I learnt Catalan as my second language. When I turned 18, I came back to Uruguay to get my Degree in Journalism and Communications.
However, as soon as I finished it, I came back again to my second home, Barcelona.
I then felt in love with hospitality management and started working in restaurants and in Starbucks as a Manager for many years.
I lived in London for a while and worked for the famous restaurants chain “GAUCHO GRILL”.
Now I live in Uruguay and I work as a consultant for a specialized CONSULTING AGENCY for FOOD CHAINS Franchise and community manager.
I love writing, technical and food reviews are my specialty. Nevertheless, I can write easily anything about any topic.
