I am a professional freelance editor and writer with a Bachelor of Arts in English with an emphasis in creative writing. I have written three novels, five novellas, and numerous short stories in multiple genres. I have written for all age levels, but have particular experience writing for young adult and middle-grade readers. I am able to write in a variety of styles and voices to suit your needs (see my samples!). I also have several years of proofreading and editing experience. I am currently an editorial assistant at a small press, and formerly worked as an editorial assistant at Nimrod International Journal. I have also worked as a beta reader and proofreader for professional writers. I have edited everything from full-length novels to short stories and nonfiction articles. I am also very detail-oriented and pay particular attention to grammar, punctuation, and spelling. I also have a minor in Spanish language and studied at the University of Valencia in Valencia, Spain, so I have the ability to complete Spanish-English or English-Spanish translations proficiently and accurately.

Work Terms

Delivery Time: Typical time for writing projects is within 3 to 7 days, though shorter projects and proofreads can be completed sooner. Time starts when the entire payment is placed in escrow. Drafts: I will provide the first few pages of any project for review before project completion, if requested.
