Social Media and influencer Marketing Manager

Work Terms
1. Hours of Operation**
- **Availability:** Monday to Friday, 5:00 AM – 5:00 PM (local time).
- **Response Time:** I aim to respond to emails and messages within 24 business hours.
**2. Payment Terms**
- **Rates:** Customized based on project scope. Hourly or project-based rates will be discussed during the initial consultation.
- **Payment Schedule:**
- 50% deposit required upfront for project initiation.
- Remaining 50% due upon project completion or as per milestones agreed in advance.
- **Payment Methods:** Bank transfer, PayPal, or other agreed-upon platforms.
- **Invoice Terms:** All invoices are to be paid within 15 business days of receipt. Late payments will incur a 5% monthly fee.
**3. Scope of Services**
- Development of influencer and digital marketing strategies tailored to the client’s goals.
- Sourcing, vetting, and managing influencer partnerships.
- Campaign ideation, execution, and performance tracking.
- Strategic reporting and analysis for optimization.
**4. Communication**
- **Preferred Channels:** Email for detailed communication and WhatsApp or Slack for real-time updates. Scheduled Zoom/Google Meet calls for strategy discussions.
- **Meeting Frequency:** Weekly or bi-weekly check-ins, as needed.
**5. Revisions and Edits**
- Up to two rounds of revisions are included in the agreed scope of work. Additional revisions will be billed at the agreed hourly rate.
**6. Confidentiality and Ownership**
- All client information will remain strictly confidential.
- Ownership of deliverables will transfer upon final payment.
**7. Cancellation Policy**
- Either party may terminate the agreement with a 14-day written notice.
- Deposit is non-refundable for cancellations initiated by the client after project commencement.
