I worked as a Customer Service Representative for 2 years. I've handled Telecommunications Accounts, specifically on billing/basic troubleshooting department. (US and UK)
Now I wanted to do transcriptions, I am used to multitasking anyways (i.e. typing, computing, researching) while speaking to a customer.
Work Terms
I prefer people who I can contact everyday or at least every other day to give updates on the project so they can check the progress and if they want anything changed.
For payment I wanted it bank transferred. And for both parties' safety, 50% progress 50% payment.
But of course we can still negotiate.
