I am an independent contractor with over 25 years experience in administrative support and management.
With 25+ years of experience of organizing and directing offices and executives, and a natural curiosity about how and why things work as they do, I offer a unique perspective and can often anticipate situations before they arise.
Starting in school, I began working in administrative support and found it a great way to learn about a business or industry from the ground floor. Over the years this has presented many opportunities to grow and advance, from foot-in-the-door to territory manager of a major international company; and in industries ranging from behavioral/health research to multi-million dollar construction contracts, executive training to auto manufacturing.
My ability to see both the desired result and how to get there keeps a project on track while keeping an eye on the details. I have an MA in Organizational Management and a BA in Psychology. I value learning and excel as an information resource, welcoming the chance to share my knowledge and expertise.
Work Terms
My schedule is flexible and I can be available almost any time with notice. Invoices for payment are generally submitted semi-monthly, net 10. I am usually available by phone, but often prefer to communicate by email because of the 24/7 availability of the tool and ability to refer back to specifics as needed.
