After graduating Magna Cum Laude from Ball State University's Miller College of Business program I took multiple entry level positions in different industries. My primary goal was to learn what made businesses work and what made them fail regardless of their markets or industries. On my path to achieving this goal I often earned the privilege of working as the director/manager of many great departments and people. It is because of these opportunities that I learned how to alter business systems to test for potential improvements with as little risk as possible. So now I'd like to share what I've learned to help innovate and grow your business.
Work Terms
I operate as a global consultant, so my hours are flexible and I don't mind short notice emergencies. I bill by the week at $1000 USD, no more, no less, and this gives your business my sole and exclusive attention for 7 full days. I prefer to communicate through email for short contacts and skype for long meetings, but I will take phone calls when necessary.
