With over seven years of post-MBA experience in operations management, customer lifecycle management, and sales operations, coupled with four years of pre-MBA experience as a software engineer, I am confident in my ability to contribute effectively.

In my recent role as Manager – Collections and Retentions at ACT Fibernet in Hyderabad, I manage a customer base of 730,000 for the Telangana region. I successfully reduced churn by 16% through establishing and maintaining customer profiles and ensuring a monthly revenue of Rs. 21.2 crores by promptly addressing customer needs. My coordination with Service Delivery, IT, and Finance teams has expedited resolutions, enhancing overall customer satisfaction.

Previously, as an Operations Manager at Reliance Jio Info COMM Limited, I oversaw business operations across 6,300 COCO Jio Point Stores, generating Rs. 480 crores in annual revenue. I led the successful launch of the Assisted Sales Platform (ASP) pilot in 2,000 stores, which resulted in over 12,000 orders and Rs. 3.1 crores in sales within a month, subsequently expanding the platform to all stores. My role also involved developing and executing sales improvement strategies, defining SOPs, and designing metrics to improve processes and reduce applications for store managers.
