Managed SCCM Patching and Software Distribution. Creating and managing compliance policies, CIs and CBs as per requirements in SCCM environments. Creating and managing New task sequence and advertisements based on the requirement. Supervised new onboarding for Patching service globally and managed entire IT infra through SCCM 2012 Lead SCCM design & infrastructure and providing level 4 infrastructure support, and assisted in the maintenance & troubleshooting of SCCM, and client workstations Configuring new services as necessary; installed & configured all System Center Configuration Manager Server roles. Performed maintenance, backups and system upgrades including service packs, patches, hot fixes and security configuration issues raised by clients.

Significant Accomplishments:

Enhanced the overall compliance rate to 98% in SCCM Patching Conducted Migrations of SCCM 2007 to SCCM 2012 & SCCM 2012 to SCCM Current Branch version.
