I work for Intel corporation as an Application Developer. I used to work as a .Net Developer till last year. Then we realized that the amount of time we spend on completing any requirement or fixing the issues is quite a lot. Since there is lot of buzz going around about Salesforce, my manager gave me and my tech lead an opportunity to get trained in Salesforce and evaluate how much of time does it takes to migrate a .Net application to Salesforce platform. That's how I became a Saleforce professional from .Net.

1. I have really good eyes for details. I always pay attention to the details and make a conscious effort to understand the requirement and complete it on time with perfection.

2. Its my favorite one. This is one constant positive feedback which I have been getting from my manager and other team members. I always maintain the discipline by showing commitment and dedication to the work. I ensure that project deliverables are on schedule by guiding and helping other team members to complete their work and meet overall timelines. I follow the project process strictly.

3. I am always up for learning new things at work. Like for example, I started learning Salesforce this year, and have so much of passion in learning is I kept of going through lot of documents and articles in trailhead and earned 47000 points in trailhead.salesforce.com and have earned many badges in the same. In this span of one year, I have developed huge passion in Salesforce and I completed two certifications in Salesforce. One is Salesforce App Builder Professional and another one is Salesforce Platform Developer I professional.
