I am a Qualified Food Scientist with experience in working with HACCP and BRC systems. My expertise ranges from Pilchards canning to warehousing and distribution. I provide food safety consultation, technical assistance as well as assisting in root cause analysis, internal auditing and customer complaints. I am certified in HACCP, BRC and Internal Auditing.
I will assist you with creating a HACCP Plan and doing risk assessments on your products
I can assist with Internal auditing, structuring it and give in-house training on how internal audits should be conducted.
Work Terms
Available throughout the week from Monday to Friday (08:00 - 17:00)
We can have an agreement on a monthly basis for R3000 per month and I will assist you with necessary documents for 2 hours per day from Monday to Friday
