With more than 20 years in Bookkeeping and Accounting Systems, I have acquired the new ways in business and adjusted this to Remote Desktop Accounting and Bookkeeping. I offer professionalism in English speaking countries and therefore am able to converse with the companies with the requirements clearly. Areas of accounts management in my expertise is Property management, Manufacturing, Engineering, Real Estate, Restaurants, and various more. All accounting and payroll generating reports are issued monthly so as to keep directors informed of the running of the business. Accounting system used is Quickbooks Intuit and Payroll. Remote Desktop and VPN is setup by the individual companies so as to keep Security and Privacy at a premium. All this is covered with a once off setup fee and weekly/monthly management fee.

Work Terms

Initial interview with the company and myself will determine what the requirements are for the workplace. If the setup work is extensive, video meetings and correspondence is a priority and requires dedication by the company representative. Initial setup of Accounting system is quoted on as well as weekly/monthly fee. This is determined by the work done either being automated or manual.
