Originally, I started as a Virtual Assistant on a part-time basis, freelancing to gain experience while finishing my bachelor's degree in Business Management. Now, with over three years of experience, I’ve handled everything from data entry, transcription, and meeting minutes to travel arrangements, scheduling, and email management. I’ve also worked on social media campaigns, content creation, and copywriting—pretty good for a self-starter, right?

Work Terms
I provide flexible virtual assistance tailored to meet the needs of busy professionals and small businesses. Based in South Africa (SAST), I am open to working with clients in Eastern Standard Time (EST) as long as it aligns with my availability.
⏳ Hours of Operation:
*Monday – Wednesday & Friday: 9 AM – 5 PM EST (adjustable for urgent projects)
*Thursday & Weekends: Unavailable (Personal & Rest Days)
Payment Terms:
*Payments are accepted via Guru SafePay for security and smooth transactions.
*For fixed-price projects, an initial deposit or milestone-based payments are required.
*For hourly contracts, invoices are submitted weekly unless otherwise agreed.
*Additional tasks beyond the agreed scope may require renegotiation.
Communication & Workflow:
*I prioritize clear, efficient communication and timely project updates.
*Preferred platforms: Email, WhatsApp, or scheduled Zoom/Microsoft Teams calls.
*I follow structured workflows but can adapt to your preferred project management tools like Trello, Asana, or Notion.
Key Policies & Expectations:
*All work is handled with confidentiality and professionalism.
*Urgent requests outside working hours may incur a rush fee.
*Clear deadlines and expectations ensure smooth collaboration.
