Work Terms
1. Project Scope:
All projects will begin with a detailed discussion to define the scope, deliverables, and timelines. A project proposal will be provided, outlining specific tasks and expected outcomes to ensure clarity and mutual understanding.
2. Payment Structure:
Rates: My standard rate is 5 USD per hour , depending on the nature of the work.
Payment Schedule: A 10% deposit is required before the project begins, with the remaining balance due upon project completion. Payments can be made via bank transfer.
3. Communication Protocols:
I prefer to communicate via Zoom. Regular check-ins will be scheduled weekly to discuss progress and address any questions or concerns.
4. Confidentiality and Data Security:
I am committed to maintaining the confidentiality of all client information. Any sensitive data shared during the project will be handled with care and protected according to industry standards.
5. Intellectual Property Rights:
Upon full payment, all rights to the completed work will be transferred to the client. I retain the right to showcase the work in my portfolio unless otherwise agreed upon.
6. Support and Maintenance:
Post-project support is available for an additional fee. Support requests will be addressed within 12 hours during business hours.
