Work Terms
Availability:
I am available for both short-term and long-term projects, providing dedicated time to ensure timely delivery of high-quality designs.
Communication:
I believe in clear and regular communication. We can connect via Guru's messaging platform, or scheduled calls to discuss project requirements, progress, and feedback. I ensure swift responses to queries and updates.
Payment Terms:
Projects under $100: 50% upfront and 50% upon final delivery.
Projects over $100: 30% upfront, 40% mid-project milestone, and 30% upon final approval.
Revisions and Feedback:
I offer up to 3 revisions based on your feedback to ensure the final design aligns with your vision. Additional revisions may incur extra costs.
Turnaround Time:
Depending on the complexity of the project, I provide realistic deadlines and commit to delivering within the agreed time frame.
File Formats:
Deliverables will include the final design in your preferred formats (JPEG, PNG, SVG, PDF), ensuring compatibility for both print and digital use.
Ownership and Rights:
Upon full payment, all rights and ownership of the final design will be transferred to you. I reserve the right to display the work in my portfolio unless otherwise agreed.
Confidentiality:
I respect the confidentiality of your project and agree to a non-disclosure agreement (NDA) if required.
Cancellation Policy:
If the project is canceled mid-way, a prorated payment will be due based on the work completed up to that point.
