Work experience as a Manufacturing Engineer in several industries, including laboratory disposables and medical devices. Very hands-on, I enjoy problem-solving and getting things built!
A welder for four years before going to college; great exposure to all types of fabrication. I still enjoy metal fabrication with my TIG welder.
Other experience includes Assistive Technology for persons with physical disabilities; Adjunct Instructor in AutoCAD and mechanical drafting; Adjunct Instructor in Welding; Assistive devices for pets.
Recently updating my CAD skills in 3D modeling, which led to my enthusiasm and involvement in 3D printing.
I also enjoy mountain biking and hiking surrounded by nature.
