I graduated in Imus Computer College and took the Associate Course Information Technology Major in Business Management Entrepreneurship. I worked in a BPO industry for almost 2 years as a Customer Service Representative and as a Outbound Sales Representative. I always love working in a customer service process because I find it challenging. Challenging because you will deal with different customers with different attitudes wherein it will tests your patience which I love because no matter how hard the situation is whenever you solved it it’s like a reward that you help a lot of customers. I'm a fast learner person and loves challenges because for me that could help me do my very best job. All I want is to have a job that I can work with wherein I can contribute all my experiences and be one of those asset in a growing company
