Her most recent role as the owner of Savannah Naturals herbal shop showcased her proficiency in client-facing, management, and marketing responsibilities. Prior to this, she served as a Personal Assistant at Kenya Commercial Bank Foundation and gained valuable experience in providing administrative and secretarial support. Additionally, her tenure at RSM Ashvir and AVSC International Inc. equipped her with expertise in secretarial services, HR assistance, and office management. Charity is known for her leadership abilities, effective communication, and commitment to excellence. She has conducted academic research on organizational structure and performance and is fluent in English and Kiswahili.
