I have been employed as an Executive Secretary for the past two decades (since 1995) and as such I have extensive knowledge and experience in the field. Some of my duties include typing and proofreading of any document that I am presented with. These include reports, letters, spreadsheets, memoranda, notes. I also assist in drafting memos, letters and reports as the need arises. I assist with overseas travel arrangements for Executives at my workplace. I am excellent in the use of Microsoft Office Suite such as Microsoft Word, Excel, Access and Powerpoint and I always try to stay within the stipulated timeframe given to accomplish these tasks.
Work Terms
Monday to Friday between the hours of 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
