Charlene Talbot-Paul is a dynamic strategic development professional who specializes in the creation of long-term value for an organization from customers, markets, and relationships. She has a very unique skill-set that enables her to quickly and successfully develop and execute growth strategies for corporations that center around awareness, market expansion, and new client acquisition. Talbot-Paul recently led an international business development program for the American Council on Education working with a variety of organizations including Berlitz International, Boston City College (South Africa), CMCS (Lebanon), Dale Carnegie & Associates, Disney, FIRM (Thailand), Starbucks, and Walmart.
Talbot-Paul has held leadership positions in higher education focused primarily on adult education, and has a background in college admissions and campus operations, transfer credit and articulation, and strategic partnerships and alliances. This experience gives her a unique perspective that enables her to specialize in growth strategies for organizations in the training and education industries.
Talbot-Paul holds a bachelor’s in Sociology and Management from the University of the West Indies, St Augustine; an MBA (Masters of Business Administration) from the Keller Graduate School of Management, Arlington, Virginia; and a graduate certificate in Marketing from the Edingburgh School of Business, Heriot Watt University, Edingburgh, Scotland.
