I am a 1998 graduate of Auburn University in Mechanical engineering. I have had a varied work career experience. Over the years I have experience with cradle to grave design of new products where I took the customer requirements and developed derived design requirements, the initial concept solution, developing the solid 3 D models using CAD, producing the 2D drawings per ASTM Y14.5 drafting standards, project schedule, integrated product team lead, developing vendors for outsourced components, conducted laboratory testing, fatigue testing and supported field testing until the product was handed off to manufacturing. In addition, I have 15 years of experience with FEA analysis (static and fatigue), 3 years of system engineering supporting army aviation programs on three different army helicopter platforms, and 3 years as lead engineer supporting army aviation programs.

Work Terms

I am available on an as needed. Weekends and short deadlines are not an issue. My rates are negotiable on a per job basis.
