I am committed to providing exceptional land surveying services that meet the needs of my clients. To ensure clarity and efficiency in our collaboration, here are the terms of my work:
Hours of Operation: I am available for consultations and project work during the following hours:
Monday to Friday: 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM (East Africa Time)
Saturday: 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM (East Africa Time)
Outside of these hours, I am occasionally available for urgent matters, but response times may vary. Please notify me in advance if any urgent tasks or meetings are required.
Payment Terms
To ensure smooth financial transactions, the following payment terms apply:
Hourly Rate:
My standard hourly rate is $30. This rate applies to all types of surveying work, including topographic, boundary, and construction surveys.
Minimum Budget:
The minimum budget for any project is $120. This ensures that smaller projects remain worthwhile and allows for comprehensive service delivery.
Payment Schedule:
Initial Consultation: A complimentary 30-minute initial consultation to discuss project requirements and scope.
Milestone Payments: For larger projects, payments will be divided into milestones. Each milestone payment must be made before work on the next phase begins. This ensures that both parties are satisfied with the progress.
Final Payment: The final payment is due upon project completion and delivery of all final documents and reports. All invoices must be settled within 14 days of receipt.
Payment Methods:
I accept payments via bank transfer, and major credit cards. Please ensure that all payments are made promptly to avoid any delays in project delivery.
Late Payments:
A late fee of 2% per month will be applied to any overdue invoices. I appreciate prompt payment to maintain smooth and efficient project timelines.
