Extensive experience in Customer Service, Inside Sales, and eCommerce roles at leading Silicon Valley startups including fivestars.com, mancrates.com, hellowynd.com, as well as early Philz Coffee employee.
Additionally, I have worked in three early-stage Y-Combinator startups. I'm passionate about providing value to customers and rapidly growing organizations by managing customer channels and producing high-quality interactions and customer experiences.
In early-stage Silicon Valley startups I've worn many hats and contributed in multiple ways to actualizing my executive team's goals.
I've been involved in product pitches, large sales, and have attended CES and other events to showcase our company. Additionally, I've been involved in assembly, manufacturing, and QA.
