My mission is to help my clients in a timely manner with an accurate and satisfactory deliverable and to be able to work with them in different projects through out my freelancing career.
I am a Virtual Assistant. I can do basic tasks like Data Entry with the use of Google Docs and Spreadsheets, Administrative tasks like Internet Research, Generating and Organizing Leads with verified and no bouncing of emails. I have excellent English language comprehension.
I am also an Online Bookkeeper. I can do journal entries, trial balance, generate reports like Profit and Loss or the Income Statement, Balance Sheets, Tax Liability Reports and Bank reconciliation using Quickbooks Online
Additional skill is basic editing of photos like background removal.
Lastly, I am a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering graduate. My work experience in several construction firms as a Technical Staff/Document Controller of a Land Development Project in a construction firm for 27 months, 11 months experience as an
Admin Assistant, and 6 months as a Liaison Officer. I was also an Accounting Clerk in a government agency, the Local Government Unit for 18 months. Experiences like answering phone calls and emails and directing them to relevant staff, maintaining
computer and manual filing, booking hotel accommodation of clients, processing expenses sheets and invoices, payroll preparation and disbursement, preparation of suppliers billings, preparation of communication letters, inventory reports, monitoring and procuring of office supplies, and other tasks assigned related to the project.
I am a team player, hardworking, fast learner, passionate, and eager to learn new things. I can communicate well in the English Language to assure good service.
