I have nine years of experience in customer service, specifically in the Call Center/BPO Industry and as a virtual assistant and executive secretary. I have strong leadership skills from handling a team during my BPO years. I was also the top Subject Matter Expert from the work year June 2019-June 2020. Above all, I am proficient in the English language. I grew up in the US and studied there during my grade school years.
