I am a psychology graduate with more than three years of experience with academic texts (mainly research reports). For the past few months I have worked from home as a transcriptionist which has allowed me to hone and enhance my command of the English language, and grammar. A large majority of my work as a transcriptionist involves proofreading and editing AI-generated text so I am very familiar with the concentration and careful reading required for proofreading. Furthermore I have data entry experience (mainly copying text from images into a form) and am a quick and accurate typist.
