I am an HR professional with 10 years of experience in recruitment and have worked across multiple disciplines within HR, including: talent acquisition, performance management, employee relations, learning & development, compensation, and benefits administration. I have experience recruiting for a variety of industries, including: technology, healthcare, oil & gas, retail, and e-commerce and have worked with and for small to large corporations. I graduated from Texas State University with a Bachelors in Business Administration as a Marketing major with a focus in Sales. I have received multiple awards and certifications in Recruiting and am registered to take the SHRM-CP exam in the Fall of 2020. Throughout my career my passion has remained the same- to help people find jobs. In my free time, I enjoy being active and spending time with my husband and two German Shorthaired Pointers, Bernie and Frank.
