I'm a single mom, history nerd, aspiring author, lover of linguistics, and gamer. I love my daughter, my dog, and my two cats. One of my favourite quotes is: 'Insanity is doing the same thing over and over again, and expecting different results.' Also, I'm a big advocate for the Oxford comma and British spelling.
