I have over 17 years experience as a secretary/PA, primarily in the legal industry. But those skills I have gained over the years can definitely be utilised in other industries.
I can assist you with your diary management by scheduling your appointments and keeping track of all your appointments etc.
I can also assist with your email management by monitoring your emails, responding to those that need a quick reply and flagging those that need your urgent attention.
Do you hold meetings and/or conference? I can assist from beginning to end with researching venues, sending out invites and managing the RSVP's. I can help with organising catering, any equipment needed etc.
I am hard working, reliable, loyal, honest and can most definitely be trusted (although I know trust needs to be earned). I pick up new programs and technology quickly and happy and eager to learn new skills.

Work Terms
Work around 20-25 hours per week.
Payment terms - invoices to be paid within 7 days.
