I had been in the BPO industry for 4 years as a Customer Service Specialist (inbound phone support) and a Virtual Assistant (Inbound and Outbound) for 2 years, where my patience, understanding, technical skills and customer service skills has been developed. I can easily adopt to a fast changing environment and can easily manage my time. I am hardworking and put my work on the top list of my priority. I always put a lot of effort on my work where I can enhance or improve my ability and skills.
