Customer Service Representative | Appointment Setter | Article Writing | Freelancer
I have a background in the BPO Industry as a Customer Service Representative and I've handled some accounts such as Telecommunication, Healthcare, Retail, and Financial accounts. I've handled customers through Inbound and Outbound calls and through chat and email support as well.
The most recent work experience I've had was with FFL Inception, I've worked with them for 1 year and 4 months as an Appointment Manager. My job entails calling leads/applicants for possible employment, setting up an appointment for their final interview with the manager, and sending out emails and SMS to the applicants.
I also have experience as an AI Operator in the US, specifically in the fast food industry. And lastly, for 7 years up until now, I've been writing articles on my free time as a hobby and side hustle for extra income.
Work Terms
I can work at least 8-12 hours a day, Mondays through Fridays, US timezone, at least 40 hours a week. As per the payment, I'd prefer $5-$10 per hour. Thank you!
