I have been working from home in a variety of fields since 2001. I am self motivated, pay attention to detail and am highly organized. I have maintained two to three jobs consistently in that timeframe with excellent detail, precision, and organization. I take instruction well but am motivated to work independently and can follow company policies accurately. I have worked for the government as well as in the medical transcription field and realize the importance of and have strategies in place to maintain confidentiality for my employers.
In addition to my employment with the medical transcription company, I am currently the Executive Assistant to the CEO of Book Club Network and have a variety of skills I use regularly in that role; customer service, experience with Excel, Microsoft Word, Gmail, and more, as well as editing, all with minimal supervision. During the time I have been on board, I have enjoyed helping this organization grow in numbers as well as programs offered to its members. I thoroughly enjoy all aspects of the organization and communication with members and clients. I require minimal supervision and have the ability to get the job done effectively and quickly.
I also have self published eight books through Create Space and the Kindle program. I have maintained a blog with new content two to three times a week consistently for three plus years.
When not working, I enjoy spending time with my family - inside or outside.
