Cherita Stevenson is the Executive Administrator. Cherita has served more than 5 years in management, home preservation and real estate support positions supporting several corporate facilities. Specifically, she has managed and led projects preserving single family homes to meet HUD, FNMA, VA and FHLMC Guidelines.
Mrs. Stevenson oversees development, and operation for all of operation systems to meet the requirements of purchasing and selling homes. Mrs. Stevenson supports the agency’s internal and external communications and has had a long and successful career in development and implementation of management support. Cherita is a certified Notary who serves with excellent customer service skills. She is responsible for the day-to-day administrative aspects of the Office and oversees resources management functions, where she facilitates the management of correspondence, regulations, policy and other critical issues.
Work Terms
I am available 7 days a week via email and internet support. I am available on the weekends for phone support. I can start any task as soon as possible. I can communication via email, phone, skype, uber conference, zendesk and etc.
