Work Terms

Project fee structure:
I prefer time-based projects, but I will accept fixed-cost projects when project requirements are well defined. I also accept fixed-cost projects for new clients while we are establishing a trust relationship.

Payment terms:
I invoice monthly via Guru with the expectation of Net 15 terms. For time-based projects, I provide line item breakdown of hours worked with the invoice.
