I am proactive and I will be your company's asset and not a liability
My background includes, telemarketing(credit card pulling), customer service(processing orders ,billing) and a virtual assistant.I was also promoted as a team leader and was able to handle a team for multiple accounts/campaigns . Aside from being the main contact person of the client, my responsibilities are handling customer's concerns that can't be solved by the agents, sending emails and reports to clients and other admin tasks.
Previously, I worked for a retention campaign as a teamleader, we focus on reselling products wherein we convince customers to stay on our program. . In this position, I demonstrated the ability to resolve issues and complaints such as billing disputes, product issues and simple product concerns.
In addition to this experience, I gained customer service skills and enhance my capability on how to deal with different types of customers and clients. Also monitored calls for Quality Assurance.
I also tried being a Virtual Assistant and handled different types of tasks that includes bookkeeping, appointment setting,schedule follow ups, email management, order management, shipping and processing, as well as social media marketing/management.
In connection to this experience, I was able to boost my knowledge in MS Office as well as GOOGLE APPS such as DOCS, DRIVE, SPREADSHEET as it was the main tool on performing some of my tasks.
