Hi, My name is Maria Jacinta C. Victorio. I am currently residing in Quezon City PH. 25 years old with 10 month old baby girl and happily married. I graduated with a Bachelors Degree from Southern Luzon State University. I’ve had 3 years experience as a customer service representative handling various functions of Customer service,from dealing with dissatisfied customers to answering phone calls. I have developed and utilized various skills to help achieve results and contribute to the company’s productivity. During my time there, I was able to meet all of the quality scores for daily, weekly, and monthly reports, that's why I won several awards for my exceptional performance especially in solving customer problems and answering their quiry. I learned to hone my multi-tasking and time-management skills, value patience, and above all, being a team player. I decided to work at home because I want to take care of my child. I would still say that I'm still fresh on this kind of industry but I am very much willing learn. that's why it's a great opportunity to work with you all and develop my skills.

Work Terms

40 hours per week, Bank to bank/thru payoneer, communication thru skype etc.
