Work Terms

I'm available for 30+ hours per week and would love to work with you to achieve your goals. My payment terms are as follows:

- For property finding, you release funds to me after I find a profitable property and you've signed the lease.
- For cohosting, you can choose to pay me either a fixed monthly rate or a percentage of the total booking.
- As a virtual assistant (email and calendar management), I charge a bi-weekly fee.
