Customer Care Executive Ebay / Amazon/ E-commerce
Hi,
I am a customer care executive working with an Ebay seller for last 7 years.
My responsibilities include:
- To manage and answer eBay buyers' questions and solving problems through "ReplyManager (Xsellco)".
- Look after cases, returns, feedback, faulty product, reply technical queries about products, late delivery, postal issues, etc.
- All the queries/ emails are replied within 3 hours during business hours.
I am looking for a long term job. I can work 2- 3 hours (or more if required) per day - 6 days a week. I am an independent problem solver.
