Writer, Translator, Editor

1.I hold a doctorate in English Literature from the Allahabad University and have taught in the University for four years as a guest lecturer.
2. My Hindi is impeccable. I come from Hindi heartland (Allahabad-Lucknow Hindi belt) and my entire family since generations has been deeply connected with literature, art, and culture. I am a Hindi graduate.
3. I am a writer and a poet and writing has been my passion since my school days. I have contributed several articles and journalistic pieces to magazines on a variety of social issues. I have written several stories for All India Radio, various articles on issues ranging from literature to science and history for literary magazines and even short plays for drama groups. I have presented scores of academic papers in seminars. My area of interest and study also includes nature, traveling, photography, children's literature, human relations, culture, politics, and gardening. I am an avid reader and a prolific bilingual writer.
4. I am one of the founders of a vibrant cultural group which is deeply connected with regional music, art, culture, literature, and theater. I am a theater artist and have abiding interest in music and painting. Also, I am very sensitive towards social issues.
4. I am a blogger and have a decent number of followers and an experience of two years in blogging.
5. I am also a radio artist.
