  Christel is an absolute pleasure to work with. Not only is she an amazing designer and brilliant coder, she is also an extraordinary leader. When the COO of the company left during a crucial time in the project, many of us feared that the CEO would drop the project entirely and would thus end our co

  ntracts; Christel, however, never doubted the capabilities of the team. Following the departure of the COO she proactively arranged team meetings to initiate dialogue between the different departments and to lead discussions on deliverables, ensuring that team never lost morale and had a game plan for the week. This was most impressive to me and my respect for her increased ten fold. In addition to leading team meetings, Christel also wanted to take on an official leadership role.
