I am proficient with Google Docs and Sheets. I can handle responsibilities, produce work that is orderly, and ensure tasks are completed correctly and on time.

I am an IT Graduate, here in the Philippines and currently looking for an entry-level role in tech. I have been working as a chargeback staff in a financial services company since last January 2020, helping subscribers to resolve a variety of disputes in an efficient and professional manner. In fact, I am consistently resolving every case as quickly as possible. I have built solid trust from my colleagues and from subscribers through my tenacious and admirable service and satisfaction rate.

When I'm not working, I am busy achieving my goals. You can often find me sitting at my Computer improving my skills. Right now, I am locked in to improve my administrative skills, specifically with spreadsheets, with Google Sheets. My family, my goals, and my future is what keeps me going, along with my adventurous spirit and zest for life.

Work Terms

Due to this pandemic, I am working here in the comfort of my home, so I can do it part-time on weekdays. I can definitely work full-time on weekends. For my payment terms, it is up to you what transfer method you prefer. I can make an account with any transfer method available. I prefer to communicate through email and chat.
