📍 As the Chief Administrative Officer, I am responsible for organizing the company’s daily administrative operations, ensuring the smooth running of business operations according to established policies and visions.

Responsibilities
- Participate in Business and Strategic Planning, Implementation of policies, development of processes and other activities.
- Develop goals and objectives for departments and individual managers
- Coordinate inter - and intra departmental operations
- Guide, supervise and consult subordinate staff and evaluates their performance
- Resolve issues with company’s operations, in a timely manner
- Monitor resource allocations and budgeting activities
- Prepare reports and present them to senior management
- Manages the VA Department
- Manage the Internal ADMIN and Support Team
- Conducting weekly Targeted Interactions to ADMINISTRATIVE TEAM and VIRTUAL ASSISTANTS
- Lead daily team huddles
- Keeper of keys within the organization
- Manage Audits on Internal Processes and Workflows
- Manages Production Hours on projects
